He is the best there is in the business. If you are a Seller, he will make sure your home is prepared to sell and knows what needs to be done to get the highest price. If you are a buyer, he will make sure you know your options and will negotiate a great deal for you and get you in the right home.I have been both a buyer and a seller and in both instances he would not sell the property until we received a fair price and he told me what to do to prepare it for sale and it worked. As a buyer, he makes sure I only buy properties that I will end up making money on as he can spot out properties to stay away from as an investor and which ones to buy.
